When you fill out the contact form or email me, I receive what you send: your name, email address, company (if you include it), and your message. I use it only to reply to you and to discuss a possible project.

Information collected automatically

This website doesn’t use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics. Like most websites, its hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to keep the site secure and running. The site’s fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.

Who it’s shared with

I never sell or rent your information. It’s shared only with the services that run this website and my email, such as the form provider, email host, and website host, and only so they can provide that service. I may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long it’s kept

Inquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our conversation. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Client project data

Data you share during a project is handled under the terms of your proposal or agreement. It’s used only for your project, is never shared or sold, and is returned or deleted when the work ends.

Your choices

You can ask what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it by emailing contact@russodata.com.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
